What this site collects, and why.

SAZANCO Inc. is a general contractor in Los Angeles County, CSLB #1148690. This note covers sazanco.ai: what the site collects, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do.

When you send an address

The form asks for the property address, your name and your email, and if you choose, a phone number and a note about what you want to build. We use them to prepare the feasibility report, to write to you about it, and to talk with you about a project if you want one. We don’t add you to a mailing list.

What the site counts

To see how the site is used, it records anonymous events: which parts of the journey were shown, how far you scrolled, whether the address form was opened or sent, which site or campaign link brought you here, your device type, screen size, browser language and time zone, and the country your connection comes from.

Your browser’s local storage keeps a random ID, so a return visit counts as the same visitor. We don’t store your IP address, we don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t follow you on other sites.

Who else handles it

Render hosts the site. The form and the usage counts are stored in a database run by Supabase in the United States. Both handle the data only to run their service for us. We don’t sell or share personal information, and we don’t use it for targeted advertising.

How long we keep it

A report request is kept as long as we need it for the report, for any project that follows, and for our business records. Usage counts are deleted after 26 months.

The site doesn’t respond to the Do Not Track setting some browsers send; the switch above does that job.

Whether or not a law requires it, you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to erfan@sazanco.ai and we reply within 45 days.

Children

The site is for adults who own, buy or build property. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
