Report terms

The feasibility report.

Last updated 27 October 2026

These terms cover the feasibility report SAZANCO Inc. prepares on one property for $49.99.

What the report is

A written check of one property in Los Angeles County against its zoning and the state and city housing laws that apply to it. It says what could be built there, about how big, and how many homes, and names the laws it relies on. It is based on public records, such as zoning maps, assessor records, the municipal code and state law, as they stand on the date of the report.

How it works

  1. You send the address through the form on this site.
  2. We confirm the address, the price and how to pay by email before we start. Nothing is charged on this site.
  3. We send the report to the email address you gave us.

If we can’t report on a property, for example because it is outside Los Angeles County, we tell you before you pay anything.

What it is not

The report is not legal advice, a survey, a title report, a soils or engineering study, a design or a permit. It does not promise that a city or the county will approve a project. Approval rests with the agency that reviews the plans, such as LADBS or LA City Planning, and laws and the way agencies read them change.

Before you buy, sell, borrow against or build on a property, check the report’s findings with the agency that issues the permits and, where it matters, with a lawyer, a surveyor or an engineer.

The projects on this site

The six lots in the journey are concepts: invented lots drawn to show what each law allows. They are not projects we built and they are not your property. The jobs on the county map are real, and each is shown by its street only.

Errors and liability

If you find an error in your report, tell us and we will correct it. Our liability for a report is limited to the price you paid for it.
